God loves you, the person, even though He may not love everything that you have done.
You may have been rejected, abused, abandoned, disliked, jailed or just plain what people call “down and out”.
You may be a murderer, rapist or pedophile.
You may be so high and so low that you don’t know how to get off of the drugged up rollercoaster.
Perhaps you have everything that life has to offer. You might do everything that you believe to be right . . . and the world just doesn’t seem to make you happy or fulfilled.
You might not be what society accepts . . . and you could even be crusading for that dissonance.
Are you someone who has turned their hurts, fears and misfortunes inward without anywhere to go . . . and find that ending the pain is in ending your life?
Let me tell you that God looks at you and sees the wonder of your spirit and heart. Not only does He see what is, but also what could be and should be. God looked down at His children and didn’t love what He saw that they were doing. But He still loved them. He loved them so much that He sent that which was part of himself . . . His son, Jesus . . . as a living sacrifice for the redemption of your actions . . . your sins.
The world’s laws are important to follow . . . and there are punishments for not following them. Even if the punishment instills actions that are acceptable on Earth, they do not heal the spirit or the heart. Only Father God can do this through His son, Jesus.
For those of you who are the least of the least and for those of you who are unhappily the best of the best . . . whoever you are and whatever your circumstances . . . there is hope, healing and rest in Jesus Christ. Instead of running away from your life . . . run to Him . . . run to Jesus. He’s waiting for you.
He knows all about you . . . and He’s still there waiting.
